I think everything you did was just great, and it all went so smoothly! I had actually expected it to be a long drawn out process, and was surprised at how easy you made it, and how little stress was involved! I honestly think it couldn't have gone better. You guided us through it, kept us on track - I loved the to do list - checked in frequently, and things just moved along really well.
